I offer graphic design and branding services, including but not limited to logo design, brand identity packages, print design, and digital content creation. The scope and timeline for each project will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.

You agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for the services rendered. Payment schedules, deposits, and any late fees will be specified in the individual contract or invoice. All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

4. Intellectual Property:

All designs, graphics, and other works created by Sierra Carys remain my intellectual property until the final payment is received. Upon payment, you will be granted rights to use the designs as agreed in the contract. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution of my work is prohibited.

5. Revisions and Feedback:

I offer (3) revisions as part of my design process. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Clear and timely feedback is expected to ensure project deadlines are met.

6. Termination:

I reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if the terms of this agreement are breached or if payment is not made on time. You may also cancel a project; however, deposits or partial payments are non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability:

I strive to deliver high-quality services, but am not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of my designs or website. This includes but is not limited to technical issues, third-party services, or delays outside of my control.

8. Third-Party Services:

This website may contain links to third-party services or tools. I am not responsible for any issues or losses related to these third-party platforms (such as payment processors or file-sharing services).

9. Changes to Terms:

I may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date."

These terms are governed by the laws of California, and any disputes will be resolved in California.
